IT La Joint Action Global Health Impact, nell’ambito del Programma EU4Health, ha come obiettivo il rinforzo della leadership europea sul tema della Global Health e la creazione di un sistema di coordinamento fra Unione europea e Stati membri per dirigere in maniera efficace, efficiente e sostenibile le politiche afferenti al tema. 

Regione Lombardia è stata nominata Affiliated Entity della Competent Authority Istituto Superiore di Sanità e congiuntamente al consorzio europeo, cura direttamente lo sviluppo dei seguenti obiettivi:  

• definire modelli di comunicazione delle policy in tema di Global Health all'interno del contesto lombardo (es. Case di Comunità, ASST, medici di famiglia);  

• rafforzare la comunicazione esterna in linea con la strategia sanitaria globale dell’UE, in modo che gli sforzi dell’UE e dei suoi Stati membri ricevano visibilità e riconoscimento adeguati, con i contributi esterni delle azioni congiunte e l’approccio “Team Europe” come marchio di fabbrica per un’azione efficace dell’UE nel campo della salute, in linea con la strategia Global Gateway;  

• rafforzare i partenariati multilaterali con paesi e regioni prioritari per la cooperazione, nell'ambito dell'approccio Team Europe, in particolare nell'ambito dell'iniziativa Team Europe sulla salute Sicurezza e preparazione alle pandemie seguendo l’approccio Health in All Policies, One Health e MAV+;  

• realizzare un sito web i cui contenuti, in accordo con le iniziative, le attività e gli obiettivi della Joint Action “Global Health Impact”, siano strumento facilitatore di una comunicazione efficace tra la popolazione e i decision makers della salute, garantendo, quindi, continui aggiornamenti e un allineamento delle informazioni.  

Il progetto è realizzato nel periodo compreso tra il 1° ottobre 2023 e il 30 settembre 2026 ed è cofinanziato dalla Commissione europea nell’ambito del programma EU4Health.

EN The Joint Action Global Health Impact, within the EU4Health Programme, aims to strengthen European leadership on the Global Health topic, buiding a coordination system between the European Union and Member States to manage effectively, efficiently and sustainable the policies relating to the topic. 

Lombardy Region has been nominated Affiliated Entity of the Competent Authority Istituto Superiore di Sanità and, together with the European Consortium, directly takes care of the development of the following objectives: 

• Define communication models for Global Health policies within the Lombardy context (e.g. community homes, ASST, family doctors);  

• Strengthen external communication in line with the EU Global Health Strategy, so that the efforts of the EU and its Member States receive adequate visibility and recognition, with external contributions from joint actions and the “Team Europe” approach as a hallmark for effective EU action in the field of health, in line with the Global Gateway strategy;  

• Strengthen multilateral partnerships with priority countries and regions for cooperation, under the Team Europe approach, in particular under the Team Europe initiative on health Security and pandemic preparedness following the Health in All Policies, One approach Health and MAV+;  

• Realizing a website dedicated to Global Health Strategy in Lombardia Region district in connection with Work Package 7.2. It will be used in the regional contest for common and local initiatives, becoming part of the institutional communication channels of Lombardy Region.   

The project is implemented over the period from 1 October 2023 to 30 September 2026 and is co-financed by the European Commission under the EU4Health Programme.
